Why Well Well Well?

I hope you're familiar with the phrase, “the more the merrier”. I think being a part of a collective effort can inspire and motivate in ways that are powerful. The New Year typically brings about some thoughts or actions in the pursuit of change, especially around health goals. Look at these graphs, I think they’re insightful:

It’s interesting that the top 3 resolutions are health and weight related….and even more interesting, the rate of drop off.....you can see that below:

If 65% of New Years resolutions fail by February, how do you achieve change?

Take it slow and take it step-by-step.

The reason my health coaching business is called Well Well Well, is because I focus on 3 main components of your health: Nutrition, Movement, and Mindfulness. I ask my clients to invest 12 weeks to really understand the data, practice movement, and sustain the changes they are making by drawing awareness and mindfulness into their long-term strategy for change.

If you could use guidance setting goals and creating a system that works for you, reach out! I would love to have you enroll in my 12-week course.

I hope this post gave you some insights that were helpful, and grounded you in the reality that you're not a failure--your systems are failing, and that is okay. There is always the ability to create a system that works well for you, because it naturally supports your inherent needs and desires.
