​1. What was your biggest challenge when we first started working together and how has it improved?

​

My biggest challenge was eating healthy and getting in a mindset of caring about my body again. A former athlete, I let myself go after completing a Spartan Trifecta 2019 and lost all motivation. Megan was able to help me find small ways to start caring including as simple as walking and introducing small meals/foods during the day.

2. What are 1 or 2 of the most valuable things you have learned during our time together?

​

I have learned that moderation is key. You can still have what you want, just in moderation. Getting up and moving is another valuable item, even if it is just walking for 10 minutes. At least you moved!

3. Would you recommend my coaching program? If so, why?

​

I would highly recommend Megan! She comes to you on your level and has you feeling like a good friend trying to help. No goal is to large or small and she will get you to where you need to be.

4. What’s the most important thing people should know about working with me?

​

You are very friendly, enjoy talking with your clients, and being someone who can hold space for their clients, even if there is no immediate "fix".

5. Is there anything else you’d like to share?

​

I would always go to Megan for anything wellness related. She found small and simple things to do, and they didn’t always cost a huge amount. She gets to know you first and your goals before recommending anything.
