30 Grams Recipe - Dessert Edition!

This creamy chocolate Protein Pudding is a great post workout snack or guilt-free dessert. Made with Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, protein powder and honey, this easy recipe is rich, velvety and actually has pudding texture!




Prep time: 5 Min Cook time: 0 Min Chill time: 1 hour


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese 220g

  • 1/2 cup 0% plain greek yogurt 112g

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (Code MEGAN09880)

  • 2 Tbsp. honey

  • 1/2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder


Method:

  • Add everything to a blender and blend for at least 5 minutes until fully combined and the cottage cheese is no longer chalky. You may need to stop and push the sides down the a rubbed spatula while blending to get everything to combine.

  • Split evenly between two small pudding cups and let set in the fridge for at least one hour before enjoying.

  • Top with fresh fruit, whipped cream and your favorite toppings or enjoy as is right out of the fridge.
