#MondayMotivation

Some people loathe Mondays, but, I love them. They're the start of a new week, a fresh start. No matter how your week went last week, there's always another chance to capitalize on your motivation, momentum, and be better than you were before.


I know that sounds pretty lofty, but, I reflect on the notion that we are what we repeatedly do. This is something that I think about a lot in terms of how our habits are formed, and what it really takes to change our habits.


What we do, is precipitated by what we think. Mindset is your biggest lever of power when you're embarking upon change.


If you loathe Mondays, ask yourself, "why?", and in the meantime, I've got a fun, approachable workout that you can do at home. Sometimes the antidote is to notice, move, and reflect. Clarity and your "why" will come--just pay attention :)

This workout should take you about 30 minutes to complete--but don't neglect the warm up! It's 5 minutes, and very important.
