Our final week is one of Gratitude.
Grattude is a huge element of mindfulness. When we are more aware (mindful) we are more able to identify the things in our lives that we are grateful for: big and small.
The final challenge this week is to start your day with gratitude by writing one thing you're grateful for on a sticky note. Put that sticky note somewhere you'll see it, and as the days go, you'll start to amass a collection of your gratitudes. Your gratitude doesn't have to be something incredible, but it can be. Having gratitude for a great cup of morning coffee, an easy conversation, or a smile from a stranger has as powerful of an impact as a grand gratitude does. Try it :)
